Simulated Game Shoots

We recreate the pace, variety and excitement of a traditional game day in the off-season. Drives are set to suit your party’s experience, with clay types selected to mirror common game.

Clay Types and Targets

Standard Clay

The standard clay is the most commonly used and replicates the smooth, arcing flight of a pheasant. It’s ideal for all abilities and particularly suited to those newer to the sport who want to gain confidence while enjoying a realistic shooting experience.

Midi Clay

Slightly smaller and faster, the midi clay provides a more dynamic challenge. Its compact size and quick trajectory make it an excellent choice for simulating partridge or grouse, testing reactions and timing.

Mini Clay

The smallest of the three, the mini clay is a real test of skill and precision. Just larger than a £2 coin, it mimics the flight of quail, demanding focus, sharp reflexes and perfect coordination — a true challenge for experienced guns.

Your Day, Your Level

Each simulated shoot is designed around your group. You can choose to shoot a single clay type or enjoy a varied combination across several drives. Our experienced hosts ensure a relaxed yet professional atmosphere, offering guidance and variety throughout. Half-day, full-day and twilight formats are available, and mini clays can be included as a premium option in bespoke packages.
